Digital Desert Campout Announces Line Up & Massive Pre-Party

Last year we introduced you to a long running underground festival gone public for the first time: The O. It’s back, bigger than ever, with a new name: The Digital Desert Campout.

Nestled in a serene valley near Ocate, New Mexico, The Digital Desert Campout aims to bring an elevated experience based off the same principle that has guided it’s previous 9 years as “The O“: community. The line up aims to reflect it’s history and forward intentions with the inclusion of international legends like Hedflux, Ill-Esha, and Christian Martin; wave makers from the southwestern US including Omega, and Future Simple; long time pillars of the New Mexico music community Reverend Mitton, J. Bowra, Conscious Kalling, and Adem Joel; alongside new regional influencers like Arizona’s JXCHRISTO.

Digital Desert views this year, it’s 10th, as an opportunity to realize it’s grandest vision yet. Last year’s big surprise was the debut of New Mexico’s first Funktion One sound system: The Digifunk System, which will be back as the main stage sound this year. Digital desert wants to keep the momentum going and promises increased production on this year’s second stage as well, which will sit right in the middle of The Campout’s community hub: The Marketplace. The event is also expanded to include an extra day, adding a special opening on Thursday night.
